Once identified, we walk you through the buying process - From liaising with notaries, surveyors, architects to the constructor, we'll be with you all the way. In fact, we take on the whole project management and run the renovation services including organising the labour – A task which is impossible for purchasers who live outside the city and can't speak the language! All associated costs inc. purchasing, renovation and resale are presented upfront to clients.

Our construction partner in Marrakech employs over 120 builders and has been operating in the area for 9 years. All costs for refurbishment work are "notarised" and offered as a fixed price with penalties for late delivery. Our associate Immobilier has a large number of collaborators with clients from France, Germany, Spain and UK.
