Playa Vista is by far the most exciting and talked about development to date

agreed to build a 39 kilometre rail tunnel beneath the Mediterranean Sea.
This will link Europe to Africa. The link will be from Punta Palomas (40 km
from Gibraltar) and Punta Malabata near Tangiers.
The area is also easily accessible from Spain. You can catch the Hydrofoil,
which takes only 45 mins from Algercias to the Spanish enclave Ceuta
within Morocco, Playa Vista is only about 40 mins from Ceuta.
Climate
The area boasts over 3000 hours of sunshine a year. Average summer
temperatures are about 30-35°c.With average winter daytime temperature
rarely dropping below 15°c. Unlike the dry dessert like conditions of cities
like Marrakech, the Playa Vista Resort is set on the banks of the crystal clear
warm waters of The Mediterranean and has a backdrop of green lush
surroundings..
