Al Hoceima is situated amidst the towering Rif Mountains and is a popular coastal city in Morocco. Being a young city, it doesnt have myriads of monuments for sight seeing but it does offer sun, sand and tan apart from relaxation, spa, massage parlors and great cuisine. One of the popular beaches is the Plage Quemada. It is also called as Biya by the locals and is an important port town. Al Hoceima is the capital of the Taza-Al Hoceima-Taounate region.
